- Prices: Prices for each menu item are listed, tax included, on the menu & prices page (removal fee and Paragel fee included). We accept cash, credit and debit cards, PayPay, and au PAY.
Because we operate with a small staff, significant lateness or last-minute cancellations affect other guests. If you know you will be late or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible — we will accommodate you wherever we can. Please cancel your reservation by closing time (19:00), 2 days before your appointment. Cancellations made after this deadline will be subject to the cancellation fees below.

*If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, we may treat this as a same-day cancellation.
*This policy does not apply to cancellations due to severe weather, earthquakes, or other unavoidable circumstances that prevent you from visiting.
*We will issue an invoice for the cancellation fee, which is due within 14 days of the cancellation date. If payment is not confirmed by the due date, a late fee of 0.04% per day may also be charged.
